20.12.17 Release

Improvements and Bug Fixes

The 20.12.17 release includes the following issues that had varying impact on a number of our users:

Mobile Fixes
  • Trial Sheet showing incorrect scores and more prompts than collected
  • Prompt to complete SOAP Note appearing at incorrect time in the user's workflow
  • "Fetch Trial Data" clearing or not filling the progress thermometers
  • Custom Playlists displaying all in-treatment targets instead of only assigned targets
  • Turning 'Auto-advance to next target' session setting off (previously massed trials) not functioning properly
  • Cannot edit SOAP Note drafts in the app
  • SOAP Note templates not populating properly
  • Kindle app crashing when pressing the login button
  • Users on iOS 14.2 who also utilize a Mobile Device Management (MDM) system were unable to login to the app due to defect between Apple and Xamarin (the technology used to develop our mobile app); we have provided a solution that will allow users to continue as normal using the app as we wait for Apple and Xamarin to make their corrections, too (Released as hotfix on 12/10)

Mobile Improvements
  • Restored ability to use Student Codes instead of full names in the app
  • UI improvements
Portal Fixes
  • Save icon not showing for enabling/disabling SOAP Notes settings under Admin section
  • Behaviors zeroing out incorrectly
  • Cannot edit draft SOAP Notes in portal
  • Only 'In-Treatment' targets available to add in playlists under student setup
  • Baseline targets failing inappropriately
  • Task analysis targets in baseline not syncing correctly
  • Users unable to see the setting for "Require SOAP Notes"
  • Pagination clearing previously selected targets in community curriculum library
  • Per Behavior Data not saving on Data Entry
  • Deleting image from Progress Note Toolbar also deletes them from the Image Library
  • Error message when creating SOAP Note in portal
Portal Improvements
  • Give users the ability to generate reports when the account is in 'read-only' status
  • Changed "BCBA" filed label on SOAP Notes report to "Provider" to make the field more flexible for users and their funding agencies' needs
  • Added "View Changes" log to SOAP Notes view/edit page so that notes can be compared side by side when edits have been made
  • Further work on the new and improved tabular reporting feature set (COMING SOON to our users!)
