You Asked, we Listened!
After rolling out our new internal billing system, Stripe, we received feedback from some that the new workflow was not working as well as hoped for some of our customers. This specifically applied to the default setting of making newly created students "Inactive/Student Without License." Access to the new Subscription and Licensing section of our Portal is largely dependent on the user's security rights and because of this, some users within organizations were not able to properly and fully manage student cases. We have changed that!! Now, when new student cases are created, they will automatically be set to "Active/Student With License" and you will not have to worry about activating them. We hope this will make the setup process for our customers work more efficiently and give them the level of access for their users to which they have become accustomed.
We made some slight changes to the Overview page. Did you notice any changes in the Widgets? This section of the Portal received a MAJOR makeover behind the scenes. Along with some tweaks to the user interface, more importantly, you will hopefully notice faster load times and better overall performance with this section. AND, this is just the start! We will continue to make these types of improvements all throughout our Portal over the coming months to bring you a sleeker, more performant Portal that will help YOU do your jobs in a more efficient way.
