Access Subscription & Licensing from the Administration Menu in the Administration Section.
The Subscription tab defaults open. From this screen users can view various subscription information.
- Account Status and when the organizations subscription expires.

- In Trial - Trial has not expired yet; expiration date listed.
- Expired - Trial has expired; user will be prompted to upgrade account.
- Active - Account is paid and activated.
- Suspended - Account has been suspended and organization has no access.
- Cancelled - Account has been cancelled and organization has no access.
- License Count.
